Session Investment
Transparent pricing for strategic, results-focused support.
$250 per session*
*It’s deeply important to me that cost isn’t the only thing standing between you and the support you need. If you're experiencing a financial barrier to accessing therapy, please reach out. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots and will always do my best to make this work for you.
Insurance Information
I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means you’ll pay for sessions directly, and I’ll provide you with a monthly statement (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The amount you get back will depend on your individual plan and coverage.
This allows me to focus entirely on your care and goals without insurance company limitations on treatment methods or session frequency. Read more here.
To check your out-of-network benefits, here are a few helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits
- What percentage of the fee is reimbursed?
- Do I need to meet a deductible first?
- How do I submit a superbill?

Superbill Information
What is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. I provide this monthly statement at no additional cost.
How It Works:
After you pay for sessions, I'll send you a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company. Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement, depending on their out-of-network benefits.
What's Included:
The superbill contains my license information, diagnosis codes, treatment dates, and session costs—everything required for insurance submission.
Simple reimbursement process.
I'll email your superbill monthly, and you can submit it directly to your insurance company or through their app. Most clients find the process straightforward, and I'm happy to answer any questions about using your superbill effectively.

Good Faith Estimate
Transparent Cost Information as Required by Federal Law
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your sessions will cost before we begin working together. Under federal law, healthcare providers must give clients who don't use insurance benefits an estimate for non-emergency services. This includes the expected cost of sessions and any related services.
For ongoing therapy or coaching, costs can vary based on your individual needs and treatment length. However, each session is $250, and I'll always discuss any changes to our work together before they occur.
What You Need to Know:
- If your final bill exceeds this estimate by $400 or more, you can dispute the charges
- Session length and frequency will be determined during your consultation
- All costs will be discussed transparently throughout our work together
- You can request an updated estimate at any time
