Meet Ashley Jangro
Therapist and Life Coach in Castle Rock, Colorado.
If you've built exactly the life you thought you wanted and can't figure out why it still feels off, you're in the right place. The career, the family, the calendar full of things that matter. And somehow also the Sunday Scaries, the second (or fifth) glass of wine, the constant low hum of feeling like you're failing someone.
I'm a mom of six, a former teacher, and someone who has spent years studying why capable, driven women feel so stuck inside lives they worked incredibly hard to build. I'm also late-diagnosed ADHD, which means I understand firsthand what it's like to have a brain that works differently, to have spent years thinking you were too much or not enough, and to finally understand why. I work with women in corporate, entrepreneurs, high-achievers of all kinds, including a lot of women who are discovering their own neurodivergence later in life and suddenly everything starts to make sense.
You already know what you need. You just can't hear it yet.
That's what we work on together.

Why I Do This Work
I didn't come to this work from the outside looking in.
I know what it's like to look completely capable on the surface while quietly wondering why everything still feels so hard. I know what it's like to love your life and your people and still feel like something is fundamentally off.
"The women who feel this way aren't struggling because of some flaw or failure. They're struggling because no one ever taught them how their own minds and emotions work."
That's what this practice is built on. Not helping you cope better. Helping you actually understand yourself, and then apply tools that help you experience your life differently.
Because when that clicks, everything changes.

The Steady Within Difference
This isn't therapy where you talk about the same things for months. It's something different.
You won't just talk about it
Every session ends with something real. Not a worksheet. An actual shift in how you see what's happening in your life.
Science, not vibes
Everything we do is grounded in how your brain and nervous system actually work. You'll understand your patterns, not just manage them.
You'll finally understand yourself
Not as a diagnosis or a label. Just a clear picture of why you think, feel, and react the way you do. That clarity alone changes everything.
It works on a Tuesday afternoon
What you learn here shows up in real moments, when something sets you off, when you want to run, when you can't figure out why you feel off. That's the whole point.
Outside the Therapy Room

Life beyond the officeOutside the therapy room I'm usually with my kids. I have six of them, ranging from high school to college age, and four of the older ones, who grew up in a blended family, chose to all go to college together at CU Boulder.
I never could have imagined anything more amazing, and it is a testament to how sweet life can be when you're raising mentally strong kids.
I work with women in Castle Rock, throughout Colorado, and anywhere life coaching can reach.
