Do you accept insurance?
This is a private pay practice. Sessions are $250 (sliding scale available). Superbills provided for insurance reimbursement. HSA/FSA accepted.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Research shows online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of meeting from home.
What should I expect in the first session?
